It is not a means to enhance human capital, productivity and, hence, the compensation to labour, but it is equally important for enabling the process of acquisition, assimilation and communication of information and knowledge, all of which augments a person’s quality of life.
Education is important not merely as means to other ends, but it attribute to values in itself. More importantly, it is a critical invasive instrument for bringing about social, economic and political inclusion and a durable integration of people, particularly those ‘excluded from the mainstream of any society. The process of education and attainments thereof has an impact on all aspects of life. It captures capability of acquiring knowledge, communication and participation in community life.

The opportunities for a nurse are varied and limitless. A new professional nurse may choose between clinical practice, education, research, management, administration, occupational and industrial nursing. Abhilashi College of Nursing established in year 2015. The board of management of Abhilashi Group of Institutions & Abhilashi College of Nursing is committed to improvement of standards of nursing education & Research. The College of Nursing believes in quality education with a student first policy. To go along with our vision, the College is equipped with all modern educational technology, laboratories with adequate number of models, manikins, e-learning equipments, library with more then 4000 books, journal and e-journals and well qualified & adequate teachers and non-teaching staff and modern infrastructure with furniture and fixtures to carry out administrative and academic function. The main advantage of joining Abhilashi College of Nursing is having attachment with 200 bedded multi specialty Zonal hospital, Mandi for clinical training, CHC & PHC for community training and other affiliated hospital within & beyond the state for super specialty training. We have the very good hostel facilities with all the necessary amenities to support the student’s study & help the Nursing students to get 24 x 7 hours safe environment and round the clock security arrangements along with very good transport facility.
